What this website collects
The website sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or tracking scripts. Like every web server, ours records standard access logs (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser) to keep the service secure and working.
When you order
To take your order we collect your name, email address, billing address and country, any tax ID you enter, and the business details and content you give us to build your website. Card details are entered on Stripe's payment page; Stripe processes them and we never see the card number.
Why we use it
- To take payment and deliver the package you ordered (performing a contract).
- To issue invoices and keep accounting and VAT records (legal obligation under Maltese tax and accounting law).
- To tell us, internally, that a new order or refund has happened (our legitimate interest in running the business).
Who receives it
- Stripe processes payments, issues receipts and invoices. Stripe's privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy. Stripe's secure payment page may set its own cookies under that policy.
- Brevo delivers our internal order notifications to us. Those notifications include the customer's name and email address.
Where data is stored
This website is hosted on servers in the European Union (Finland). Stripe and Brevo process data under their own published terms.
How long we keep it
We keep order and invoice records for as long as Maltese tax and accounting law requires them.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing hello@craftura.net. Deletion is subject to the records we must keep by law. You can also object to processing, ask us to restrict it, and ask for a copy of your data. You can complain to the Information and Data Protection Commissioner in Malta.
