Refund policy

Consumers: 14-day right to cancel

If you buy as a consumer (for purposes outside your trade or business), you can cancel within 14 days from the day the contract was made, without giving a reason. Terms section 6 explains how this works.

When you cancel, we refund you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your cancellation. We use the same payment method you used, unless you agree otherwise. You will not be charged for the refund.

If you asked us to start early

If you asked us to start the work before the 14 days ended, and then cancel, you pay only for the part of the service already provided up to the time you tell us. We refund the rest. Once the website has been fully delivered, you no longer have the right to cancel.

Business customers

If you buy for business purposes, the 14-day consumer right does not apply. If we cannot deliver the package, we refund what you paid for the work we did not deliver. Any other refund is handled case by case by email.

Hosting

Ongoing hosting and care plans are agreed separately in writing. The terms of that agreement set out cancellation and refunds for hosting.

How to ask for a refund or cancel

Email hello@craftura.net with your name, the email address you ordered with, the package name and the order date. You can use this wording if you like:

"I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the Craftura [package name] website package ordered on [date]. Name, email, date."

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy takes away your rights under mandatory consumer law, including your right to have a delivered website that matches the package described.
