Terms of Sale

1. Who we are

Craftura is a trading name of Carlos Fernando Das Neves Filipe (sole trader), VAT MT26599209. These terms form the contract between you and Craftura.

2. Packages and prices

We sell three one-time website packages: Starter at €347, Professional at €597 and Premium at €997. What each package includes is listed on our pricing page. All prices are in euro and include Maltese VAT at 18%.

3. Hosting

Hosting is free for the first 1 year (Starter), 2 years (Professional) or 3 years (Premium). Ongoing hosting is agreed separately in writing.

4. Ordering and payment

You order on our order page and pay on Stripe's secure payment page. Craftura does not see or store your card details. Stripe emails you a receipt, and an invoice where one applies. Your order is confirmed when Stripe confirms the payment.

See a free preview first: email hello@craftura.net and we will build a preview for you. You only pay once you approve it. You can also order now to start immediately.

5. Starting the work and delivery

We start the work once we have your payment, your business details and your content. Most websites are delivered within 48 hours of receiving your business details. Complex sites with booking or multi-language features may take 3 to 5 days. You own your website.

6. Your right to cancel (consumers)

If you buy as a consumer (for purposes outside your trade or business), you can cancel the contract within 14 days from the day it was made, without giving a reason. To cancel, email hello@craftura.net with a clear statement that you are cancelling. The Refund policy has optional wording you can use.

Starting work early. If you ask us on the order page to start before the 14 days end, then: (a) if you cancel after work has started, you pay for the part already provided, in proportion to what you have received up to the time you tell us you are cancelling, and we refund the rest; and (b) once the website has been fully delivered, your right to cancel ends.

7. Changes after delivery

For Starter and Professional plans, you can request changes at any time and we will make them within 24 hours. For Premium plans, content updates are included at no extra cost.

8. Refunds

Refunds are described in our Refund policy.

9. Your content

You confirm that the text, images and other material you give us may be used on your website and that you have the right to use them. We will not publish anything unlawful.

10. Liability

We are responsible for delivering the package as described. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under mandatory consumer law, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss such as lost profit.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. If you are a consumer, you also keep the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem.
